Single Party Framework Agreement for the supply of Healthcare Record Folders

The Contracting
Authority intends to
establish a
single-party
framework agreement
for the supply of
Healthcare Record
Folders. In the
first instance, a
contract of two
years’ duration will
be awarded for the
supply of particular
specified folders.
Over the course of
the framework
agreement, the
successful framework
member may be
required to provide
alternative
healthcare record
folders, depending
upon clinical need.
This framework agreement concerns the supply of healthcare record folders and associated materials for a period of 4 years.

A grouping, if successful in this competition, will be expected to establish itself as a legal entity, with each party being jointly and severally liable to the Contracting Authority, prior to the formal establishment of the framework agreement.

The Contracting Authority undertakes that this framework agreement will not be established until a statutory period of fourteen calendar days has expired, commencing on the day after the date of electronic notification of all concerned tenderers. This ‘standstill period’ is being observed in accordance with the provisions of S.I. 130 of 2010.
