Fáilte Ireland is seeking to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the
Design for a suite of Interpretative and Orientation Solutions.
The initial requirement is for the design, locational planning, and overseeing
manufacture and installation of orientation signage at approximately 100
attractions and strategic locations within Ireland’s Ancient East. This framework
may also be utilised to deliver similar requirements for other Fáilte Ireland
projects as required.
It is intended to appoint a single contractor to this Framework who will be
required to subcontract resources to fulfil the requirements. Examples include,
sign designers, graphic designers and interpretation planners. Other support
services may also be required and it is Fáilte Ireland’s requirement that the
successful tenderer will source and manage such support services as required.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals:
The contracting authority will not conclude this framework agreement to which a standstill period applies in accordance with Irish Statutory Instrument SI 130 of 2010, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification of concerned candidates and tenderers. The duration of the standstill period will be 14 calendar days where notifications are sent electronically or by fax and 16 calendar days where these are sent by any other means. The Statutory Instrument mentioned above provides that review procedures are available in the High Court to a person who has or has had an interest in obtaining the framework agreement and alleges that he or she has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed by an infringement of the law in relation to that framework agreement.
