The Award Procedure advertised in OJEU under Ref 2015/S 152-28126 of 8th August 2015 is hereby cancelled. Dublin Port Company has now decided, for reasons of procurement efficiency and audit purposes to establish and operate Qualification Systems for contractors for the Alexandra Basin Redevelopment Project in accordance with the rules of Directive 2004/17/EC. The main procurements required under the Alexandra Basin Redevelopment (ABR) will be awarded under framework agreements and/or works contracts. With this in mind, a new call for competition for the above will be instituted shortly in OJEU and e-Tenders.
