    The Contracting Authority intends to establish a framework agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced economic operator for the provision of telephony services, incorporating ISDN-related services and, potentially, VoIP SIP trunking services. The successful framework member identified by this competitive process will also assume responsibility for service and network management.

The successful framework member identified by this competitive process will also assume responsibility for service and network management.This framework agreement will have a maximum potential duration of four years. For the avoidance of doubt, the duration of individual contracts entered into under this framework agreement may extend beyond the expiry of the framework agreement itself.
