This Competition relates to a sectoral framework for the provision of legal

services to Local Authorities.

The Framework Agreement is divided into eight (8) regional Lots each Lot

representing a cluster of Local Authorities that broadly fall within the Circuit

Court jurisdictions. Each Lot is then divided into a further five (5) sub-lots, each

sub-lot representing one of the following specific legal services practice areas

• Local Government Core Legal Services

• Code Enforcement Legal Services

• Property & Conveyance Legal Services

• Commercial & Corporate Legal Services

• Full legal services which encompasses all of the above legal services
