    Expressions of interest are invited under the negotiated procedure for the

    management, maintenance and operation of Rathbane Municipal Golf Course. The

    Tenderer appointed will be required to manage all elements of the operation and

    maintenance of the Golf Course.

    The Contracting Authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by Candidates in response to this questionnaire.

    A the subject matter of this contract is a non priority service (Annex II B), the provisions of Directive 2004/18/EC with regard to the choice of procedure will not apply. The Contracting Authority will employ a procedure analogous to the Negotiated procedure under it‘s own terms and conditions and will engage in discussions/negotiations with shortlisted parties to identify suitable solutions for delivery of the service.

    Contract award will be subject to approval of the competent authorities.
