    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    This single operator framework agreement relates to the Provision of Outsourced integrated Facilities Management Services. The Framework will be for a maximum duration and will be subject to annual reviews to commence 12 months after the commencement of the framework. The Framework will include both scheduled services and call out cover in the event of system failures/ urgency.

    The most economically advantageous tender received will be appointed to the framework based on the application of the published award criteria.

    Additional information:

    1. To receive more information about this tender, including any amendments and/or clarifications and to request any clarifications and/or to respond to this tender, you must register your interest on the Irish etenders website (www.etenders.gov.ie) only. Registration is free of charge

    2. Admittance to the framework will also be conditional upon formal written acceptance of the Framework Terms and Conditions.

    3. If for any reason it is not possible to admit the successful tenderer to the framework following the conclusion of the competitive process, the contracting authority reserves the right to award the framework agreement to the next highest scoring tenderer identified through the evaluation of tender submissions. This shall be without prejudice to the rights of the contracting entity to cancel the competitive process and/or initiate a new contract award procedure at its sole discretion.

    4. If, having entered into a framework agreement as a result of this competitive process, the Contracting Authority deems that the successful tenders failed to deliver the required services, the Contracting authority reserves the right to award the the framework agreement to the next highest scoring tenderer identified through the evaluation of tender submission. This shall be without prejudice to the rights of the contracting entity to terminate the competitive process at any time or to terminate any framework agreement awarded as a result of this competition.

    5. The Contracting Authority is not liable for any costs incurred by tenderers in the preparation of tender submissions or through participation in this competitive process.

    6. This is the sole call for competition for these services

    7. Contract award will be subject to the approval of the competent authorities.

    8. It will be a condition of contract that tenderers and their sub-contractors (if any) produce a valid tax Clearance Certificate from the Irish Revenue Commissioners and that they retain a fully valid certificate throughout the lifetime of the framework and of contracts awarded under the framework.
