    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The purpose of this Request for Tenders is to enhance existing web services and

    to put arrangements in place for the expansion of these services. The tender will

    consist of two Lots.

    Lot 1: The Department requires web development work on a suite of ‘bespoke’

    services described below to establish them as standalone services with their own

    administration areas away from the Content Management System (CMS) for the

    main websites i.e. DFA.ie and Irishaid.ie.

    Lot 2: The Department has a requirement for the development of a number of

    mobile applications (‘apps’) to support the activities of its business units and its

    engagement with its customers.
