    Circle Voluntary Housing Association (Circle VHA) intends to set up Multi-

    Operator Frameworks in 5 No. Lots for the provision of Consultant Construction

    Design Team Services and Building Advisory Services, across New Build Housing

    Projects, Refurbishment, and Other Projects of a General Nature.

    Lot 1: Architectural Services

    Lot 2: Civil and Structural Engineering

    Lot 3: Mechanical and Electrical Services

    Lot 4: Quantity Surveying

    Lot 5: Project Management / Employers Representative

    A maximum of 10, subject to their being sufficient numbers of compliant tenders

    meeting the minimum pre-qualification criteria, service providers for each Lot will

    be admitted to the frameworks

    Circle VHA by way of publication of this notice now invite applications from

    suitably qualified individuals or organisations within the above disciplines for

    consideration for entry to the framework.
