This competition is being advertised on www.etenders.gov.ie and in the Official
Journal of the European Union (OJEU) on TED

Following the receipt of comments on the indicative Framework Agreement for Regulatory Assistance (published on 30th June 2015), ComReg has elected to make changes to the indicative Framework Agreement in accordance with section 2.5 of the Invitation to Tender.
The document now published (Version 21.07.2015) constitutes the final form of the Framework Agreement for Regulatory Assistance.
For more information, Applicants may also wish to refer to the document entitled “Questions & Answers” in relation to Invitation to Tender for Provision of 2015 Consultancy Framework Agreement Regulatory Assistance” (TED Reference: 2015/S 119-217899) published on 16th July 2015.
