    UCD has established a single party framework agreement with a maximum potential duration of four years for the provision of Employee Assistance Programme Services. The successful framework member will be required to provide counselling services and support for a wide range of issues encountered by staff members and their families. In addition, they will be required to launch and promote the services within the University with a view to heightening the awareness of the programme and the supports available amongst all staff.
