    Design Consultancy services for the Housing Directorate general architectural services programme, maintenance programme and Social Housing Investment Programme. In addition Design Consultancy services for projects relating to the planning, design, construction and maintenance of Local Authority owned buildings and landbanks including libraries, leisure centre maintenance and corporate building design services for which the Council is responsible. The following Design Consultancy services are required;

    • Architect including PSDP, Conservation and Fire Safety Design.

    • Civil / Structural Engineer.

    • Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.

    • Quantity Surveyor.
