    The Contracting Authority has established a framework agreement for the provision of various financial consultancy services, to include taxation advice, general financial consultancy support and advice and accountancy support. The successful framework member will be required to act as a commercially-focused partner to the Contracting Authority and will assist with the attainment of excellence in finance and governance matters.
