    The most economically advantageous tender in terms of
    1. The candidate must have a number of year’s relevant applied experience in the fields of clinical/blood banking/healthcare/pharmaceutical/laboratory . Weighting 10
    2. The candidate must have extensive project management experience with demonstrable results of implementing projects . Weighting 7
    3. The candidate must have experience of working in a rapidly changing environment . Weighting 3
    4. The candidate must have the ability to effect implementation of validation programmes in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of quality and safety is maintained for IBTS products, processes, and service . Weighting 20
