    The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade plans around developing its ICT

    services and infrastructure include the upgrade of Servers, storage and software

    to the latest versions and technologies, as and when appropriate usually in line

    with a hardware refresh. Accordingly, the Department seeks to engage a

    company to supply servers and storage technologies for the range of technologies

    for the coming three year period as detailed in Section 2.3 of the request for
