    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The overall focus of the IDEAS programme is primarily on the development of

    capacity in Vietnam, especially in Vietnamese institutions responsible for

    economic decision making. The education component encompasses capacity

    building and knowledge transfer elements complementary to but broader than the

    core function of providing MBA courses for individual participants. To this end the

    successful supplier of these MBA courses should preferably have, or should be

    able to demonstrate a willingness to develop, institutional relationships in Vietnam

    having elements of knowledge transfer and experience sharing.

    In order to maximise the element of experience sharing, it would also be desirable

    that the successful supplier would be in a position to provide accommodation to

    Vietnamese students while studying in Ireland. The successful supplier will

    provide for the delivery of these fellowships to include the management and

    conduct of a selection process together with associated ongoing administration.

    The successful supplier will advertise for, interview and recruit up to 5 Vietnamese

    students for the 2016/2017 academic year to undertake one-year MBA courses.
