    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) invites applications from suitably qualified companies to participate in the pre-qualification process for the proposed framework agreement for the supply of High-Strength Structural Bolting Assemblies for Preloading using System HR.

    All bolt assemblies must comply with BS EN 14399-1, and must be supplied by one manufacturer and include bolts, nuts, washers and direct tension indicators.

    Bolt assemblies MUST include the following:

    • System HR Hexagon Bolt & Nut Assemblies: BS EN 14399-3.

    • System HR Hexagon Bolt Assemblies – Plain Chamfered Washers: BS EN 14399-6.

    • System HR Hexagon Bolt Assemblies – Direct Tension Indicators: BS EN 14399-9.

    The Framework agreement will be in place for three years with the option to extend for one additional year.

    The approved list framework of contractors would then receive all formal tender enquiries.

    THE PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE MUST BE COMPLETED AS DIRECTED AND RETURNED BY THE CLOSING DATE.
