    The Courts Service is seeking to put in place support for its managers as follows:

    Lot 1: A panel of experienced executive coaches for One - to - One Coaching and

    Lot 2 : Coaching Training for Managers. The latter is intended to allow managers

    learn new skills / techniques and to apply these in the management of their

    Office / Team. The Service may also extend to team coaching and group

    facilitation / training where this is deemed appropriate.
