    manufacturing facility or of the manufacturer must be advised to, and will require

    the written consent of, the Contracting Authority, subject to its obligations at law.

    with the quality of the Goods being provided by the original manufacturer identified

    in the Tender, or (b) where the manufacturer identified in the Tender has ceased to

    trade, or (c) where the relationship between the Supplier and the manufacturer

    identified in the Tender has demonstrably and irretrievably broken down.
