    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Enterprise Ireland undertakes a wide and varied range of roles across multiple

    disciplines to deliver on current and future organisation strategies. It is essential that there is a strong cohort of Administrative Staff to support the delivery of the Agency’s objectives and targets.

    To ensure that we can provide the requisite administrative support, Enterprise

    Ireland is looking to source recruitment, assessment, selection and placement

    services providers to drive and support the delivery of this element of our

    resourcing strategy.

    Through the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework (3 members), the

    provider(s) will be required to work with Enterprise Ireland in the recruitment,

    assessment, selection and placement activities for a diverse range of

    Administration placements that arise across the network of offices in Ireland.

    The framework will operate for 2 years with the option subject to approval and

    performance to extend for 2 further 2 year periods.

    7) At its absolute discretion, the contracting authority may elect to terminate this procurement process, the framework agreement or any contract awarded under the framework agreement at any time.

    8) Please note in relation to all documents, that where reference is made to a particular standard, make, source, process, trademark, type or patent, that this is not to be regarded as a de facto requirement. In all such cases it should be understood that such indications are to be treated strictly and solely for reference purposes only, to which the words “or equivalent“ will always be appended.

    9) Without prejudice to the principle of equal treatment, the contracting authority is not obliged to engage in a clarification process in respect of questionnaires with missing or incomplete information.
