      The Proposed development consists of a new sixteen classroom school, including

      special needs unit in a two storey building with a proposed floor area of 3,177

      Sqm. The project also comprises of building new ball-courts, play-areas,

      boundary wall, footpaths and parking along with other ancillary works.

      The project consists of a single phase main school building and phasing of the

      site works. The site work involves partly demolishing of existing school building

      and moving the existing pre-fabs accommodation located towards the north of

      the school to facilitate the new school building construction. During the

      construction phase additional prefab classroom are also required. All the pre-

      fabricated accommodation will be removed from site on completion of the new

      school building
