    Biological Substance, Category B which are packaged in accordance with

    Packaging Instruction P650 specification for liquids. The service required

    involves mainly the collection of the packaged tissue samples of infectious

    diagnostic specimens (suspect tuberculous lesions) from Department of

    Agriculture, Food and Marine (DAFM) officers, located at specified Meat Plants

    and same day delivery of the packaged samples to the Central Veterinary

    Research Laboratory, Backweston, Celbridge Co. Kildare before 12 midnight.
