Single Party Framework Agreement for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Catering Equipment

The frequency of contracts awarded under this contract will vary dependent on needs.
Beaumont Hospital
intends to establish
a single-party
framework agreement
for the supply,
installation and
maintenance of
catering equipment.
As the initial
contract to be
awarded under this
framework agreement,
the successful
tenderer will be
required to supply,
deliver and install
certain specified
equipment.
Subsequent contracts
awarded under the
framework agreement
may concern the
maintenance of the
supplied equipment,
the purchase of
additional
quantities of the
items specified or
the purchase of
other related
catering equipment.
This framework agreement will, have a maximum duration of 4 years and will concern the supply and maintenance of a range of catering equipment.

A temporary grouping, if successful in this competition, will be expected to establish itself as a legal entity, with each party being jointly and severally liable to the Contracting Authority prior to the formal establishment of the framework agreement.

The Contracting Authority undertakes that this reviewable framework agreement will not be established until the expiry of a statutory period of 14 calendar days, commencing on the day after the date of electronic notification of all concerned tenderers. This ‘standstill period’ is being observed in accordance with the provisions of S.I. 130 of 2010.
