    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    It is the intention of Galway County Council to setup a Framework of suitably

    qualified Architect for inclusion to bid for works such as Scheme Houses, Single

    Rurals, Extensions and other works as deemed necessaery by Galway County

    Council. The Lifetime of the Framework will coincide with the Housing Strategy

    2020 and as set out in the attached Documents. Services will be allocated in two (2) Lots :

    Lot 1 = Services Less than € 1 million

    Lot 2 = Services Greater than € 1 million
