Request for tender for a joint strategic and operational review of the Financial Services Ombudsman Bureau and the Pensions Ombudsman‘s office

It is proposed to undertake a strategic and operational review of the offices of the
Financial Services Ombudsman and of the Pensions Ombudsman. The review will focus on factors which affect the future direction and operation of the Financial

To be agreed with the successful tenderer
A grouping if successful must be prepared to contract as a single entity having joint and several liability
Award of the contract will be subject to formal agreement on the basis of the draft terms and conditions (using the Office of Government Procurement standard service contract).

1. This is a voluntary notice contract and is not covered by directives 2004/18/EC, by directive 89/665/EEC or directive 2007/66/EC. No implied contract may be interpreted through this voluntary publication.
2. Interested parties must register their interest on the eTenders web site (www.etenders.gov.ie) in order to be included on the mailing list for clarifications and to enable tenders to be submitted electronically.

If for any reason it is not possible to conclude the contract with the successful tenderer designate emerging from this competitive process, or if having concluded the framework agreement the Contracting Authority decides to terminate that contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to admit the next highest scoring tenderer on the basis of the same terms and as tendered by that party, at any time during the tender validity period.
5. At its absolute discretion, the Contracting Authority may elect to terminate this procurement process at any time.
