    PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PRE TENDER MARKET ENGAGEMENT, NOT A TENDER PROCESS.

    The HSE intends in the near future to conduct a nationwide tender process for the provision of Residential Disability Services. At present there are a number of individually contracted arrangements in place with Private for Profit Providers, (PPP) for residential Disability services. By its very nature, these services require an individual person centred approach to meet the needs of the individual clients. The

    HSE intends, through this tender, to standardise agreements with Private for Profit Providers. This will ensure a consistent and transparent approach to client care is achieved throughout all 9 Community Health Organisations when procuring services from Private for Profit Providers. The HSE is now seeking to engage with all interested parties in a two way dialogue which will assist the HSE to finalise its tender strategy.
