The contract is for the provision of an overarching ICT Managed Support service for all Waterways Ireland sites.
Co. Fermanagh
The contract will consist of a number of elements:
• Remote monitoring of all Back Office Equipment (including but not
limited to: servers, switches, UPS and virtual environment)
• Support, management and maintenance of all Back Office Equipment /
Software (including but not limited to: Servers, Operating Systems, Middleware,
Switches, UPS, Virtual Environment)
• Support, and maintenance of specialist peripherals (including but not
limited to: A0 printers/scanners, CCTV)
• Support, management and maintenance of the enterprise firewall
environment
• Support, management, maintenance and development of the VoIP
(Lync 2013+)
• Provision of services for the analysis, design and development of
SharePoint (2013+) software based Business Applications and Systems
• The Management and extension of the LAN and Wireless Networks at
all sites
• Continuous Process improvement in line with changing technology by
provision of Specialist Advice & Services as required
• Vendor Software Security, Laptop Encryption and Software Patching
updates in line with best practice (e.g. ISO27001)
• The provision of Technical refresh(s) of Hardware and / or Software
may also be required during the lifetime of the contract.
