    Iarnród Éireann is a subsidiary company of Córas Iompair Éireann which is the

    publicly owned transport company of Ireland.

    Iarnród Éireann is the port authority at Rosslare Europort, an infrastructure

    business which facilitates the safe intermodal transfer of passenger, freight &

    trade vehicle traffic between sea and road/rail. At Rosslare, Iarnród Éireann is

    the infrastructure provider and operator, providing port facilities and related

    services, including stevedoring, to shipping lines.

    Iarnród Éireann is seeking applications from interested parties for the provision

    of expert advisory services in the area of the development of concession

    agreements for Port Operations Management including maintenance and

    potential development opportunities. The advisor will assist IE in the progression

    of the concession agreement through the following key stages of:

    (i) Development of an outline commercial / concession structure via undertaking

    market consultation and evaluation of its commercial viability;

    (ii) Assist in the progression of the concession agreement to contract award

    subject to the outcome of stage (i).
