    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The HSE hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to

    submit tenders to provide a GP Out-of-Hours Service for patients in Sligo/North

    Leitrim/West Cavan who do not currently have a GP out-of-hours service.

    Tender submissions should propose an “all in” model, for a fully-managed service

    whereby the Service Provider would provide the GPs, the call centre and triage

    services, the staffing and other infrastructure required, whilst the HSE will provide

    the premises for the treatment centre in Sligo.

    Service providers are requested to only submit a tender if they are confident that

    they have the requisite capacity, suitably qualified staff, experience and expertise

    within their organisation to deliver on the project as outlined in the project

    documentation, and in line with the project timeframe, i.e. to provide the GP Out-

    of-hours service commencing as soon as practicable after award of contract but

    anticipated as being by 1st September 2015, but no later than 1st October 2015.
