    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Iarnrod Eireann (IE) are seeking expressions of interest, from companies with a proven track record in the

    maintenance of rolling stock sub-systems, for the provision of both light and heavy maintenance on HVAC, Toilet

    and Air Dryer equipment on their 22000, 29000 and Mk4 fleets.

    Passenger comfort is of paramount importance to IE so the successful company will be required to manage the

    reliability of the listed equipment to the highest of standards and in line with OEM specifications.

    The contract will involve an on-site presence in both Drogheda and Portlaoise maintenance facilities as well as the

    provision of a mobile maintenance facility for the management of ‘in-service’ faults. In-service faults will be attended

    to promptly to ensure service continuity is maintained to the highest of standards.
