    The National Roads Authority (the “NRA“) is a statutory corporation formed under the Roads Acts (1993 - 2014) and its remit includes securing a safe and efficient network of national roads. The Railway Procurement Agency (the “RPA“) is due to be merged with the NRA and all functions of the two bodies will hence be performed by the merged body. While the operational name of the merged body will be TII it is the case that the NRA will continue in being and the term “NRA“ shall be taken to mean the merged body.
