    The establishment of a framework agreement for BER Assessor Consultancy

    services

    Framework Objective and Scope

    This framework involves the formation of a panel of suitably qualified companies

    or individuals for the provision of BER Assessor consultancy services to housing

    units in Limerick City and County. The BER assessments are to be carried out in

    strict accordance with current procedures and guidelines published by the

    Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) and the applicable code of

    practice.

    The objective of this procurement is to put in place a framework which:

     complies with Procurement Law & Government Guidelines

     ensures competitive tendering that offers value for money

     is administratively efficient
