    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    CIE Tours International is seeking a suitably qualified service provider to serve its Chauffeur Drive business. The term of this contract will be 3 years. The minimum requirement is for at least 12 drivers/guides who are both SPSV licenced and Failte Ireland badged guides. Group sizes may vary from 1 or 2 clients to small groups of up to 12 clients. The successful service provider should have a range of vehicles from saloon cars to mini-coaches suitable for up to 12 clients. In order to be considered for participation in a tendering competition for this contract, suitable qualified interested parties must complete and submit the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) provided. The purpose of this PQQ is to obtain sufficient information to enable the Contracting Authority to evaluate the suitability of applicants with the necessary resources and capacity to achieve the contract objectives. Only suitably qualified candidates will be invited to the second stage of this tender process. Further information will be provided to successfully shortlisted applicants at the Tender stage.

    This is a non-mandatory notice and as such the Remedies Directive nor Utilities Directive timescales apply to this process.
