    Teagasc are seeking to appoint an Operator to take responsibility for the on-going development and management of the Centre. The Operator will contribute to the overall design of the Centre during the development phase of the project (approximately 2 years) and thereafter will be responsible for the on-going development and management of the Centre. The term of any agreement arising out of this competition will be 9 years, subject to contract (2 years covering the initial development of the Centre and 7 years management of the Centre).
