    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Louth County Council (LCC) wish to invite tenders from competent firms using the open procedure to establish Single Party Framework Agreements to maintain Louth County Council fleet and plant. The fleet consists of approximately 100 vehicles ranging in age from 1997 to 2014. The vehicle types are listed in the Section 5 – Part D5.1 but this list is subject to change at any time.

    The Single Party Framework Agreements will be split will be into two lots.

    “LOT #1 Single Party Framework Agreement for the Maintenance of NORTH Louth County Council Fleet and Plant”

    “LOT #2 Single Party Framework Agreement for the Maintenance of SOUTH Louth County Council Fleet and Plant”

    Suppliers may tender for one or both lots.
