An Post is seeking to enter into contract(s) for Total Facilities Management services, including mechanical, electrical, building services, cleaning and helpdesk services to its circa 200 buildings in the Republic of Ireland designed to deliver the optimal value for money solution. An Post intends to issue out a tender which shall be divided into 4 specific Lots. The outline of each Lot is detailed below BUT please be aware that these are INDICATIVE Lots and may change slightly in the tender.
Lot 1: Dublin City and County.
Lot 2: North: Meath, Louth, Monaghan, Cavan, Westmeath, Laois, Offaly, Longford, Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Leitrim, Roscommon, Galway, Clare.
Lot 3: South: Limerick, Tipperary, Kildare, Wicklow, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Cork and Kerry
Lot 4: Mail Centres located in Dublin, Portlaoise, Athlone and Cork
