The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract(s) for a further period of 12 or 24 months.

    The Bus Éireann operating locations are based in the following county areas:

    Louth, Cavan, Monaghan, Dublin, Meath

    Cork, Waterford, Wexford

    Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary

    Galway, Westmeath, Longford

    Donegal, Mayo, Sligo

    Bus Éireann has a requirement for the following six service disciplines on an on-demand basis:

    1. Routine building modifications and maintenance

    2. Electrical services, supply, installation and maintenance

    3. Carpentry and joinery services

    4. Building heating and ventilation repair and maintenance services

    5. Plumbing services

    6. Painting and decorating services.

    It is Bus Éireann’s intention to establish a framework of a minimum of three and a maximum of five service providers for a) each of the disciplines above and b) for each of the county areas above.

    Qualified candidates may in due course be invited to bid for one or more of the above services and for one or more of the county areas. No one service requirement shall exceed the value of €50,000.

    The successful tenderer(s) will be required to provide suitably qualified trades-people and quality materials for all services that are to be undertaken.
