The Contracting Authority intends to establish a framework agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced economic operator for the provision of various financial consultancy services, to include taxation advice, general financial consultancy support and advice and accountancy support. Most significantly, the successful framework member will be required to act as a commercially-focused partner to the Contracting Authority and will assist with the attainment of excellence in finance and governance matters.
