    Construction of a 72 No. 2-storey 3-bed co-operative housing residential development on a site bounded to the North by Orchard Lawns, to the south by existing open space, to the east by Croftwood Crescent and existing open space and to the West by Blackditch Road, Cherry Orchard, Dublin 10. The development consists of 20 No. House Type 1 (2-storey 3 bedroom semi-detached), 16 No. House Type 2 (2-storey 3 bedroom terraced), 8 No. House Type 3 (2-storey 3 bedroom terraced), 10 No. House Type 4 (2-storey 3 bedroom semi-detached), 14 No. House Type 5 (2-storey 3 bedroom semi- detached), 4 No. House Type 6 (2-storey 3 bedroom semi-detached). The development also includes all associated ancillary site development works and landscaping including new access roads off Orchard Lawns and Blackditch Road, footpaths, boundary treatments, 2 no. ESB substations by National Association of Building Co-Operatives (NABCO) Society Ltd.
