    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The Contracting Authority intends to establish two framework agreements for the supply of hand-care products, as more fully described in the Invitation to Tender document available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie. In addition to supplying the required products, the successful framework member will be responsible for the installation of all associated dispensers and for the provision of all educational support required for use of the hand-care products.

    Lot 1 of this competition concerns an alcohol-based hand hygiene product, an alcohol-based surgical hand preparation and liquid soap. Lot 2 of this competition concerns protective hand moisturiser.

    The Contracting Authority will observe a statutory ‘standstill period‘ of fourteen calendar days between the notification of all concerned tenderers and the formal establishment of any framework agreement.
