Applicants are permitted to apply for either or both.The duration of each contract under the Framework will be stipulated in the requirements of each individual mini-competition under the Frameworks. During this period, regular reviews will take place based on service level, price and performance.

    The top twelve ranking applicants for each framework, subject to there being sufficient number of qualified applicants, will be shortlisted and invited to tender. Based on the evaluation of the tenders, those meeting the minimum requirements will have their tenders assessed and ranked based on lowest price. The top eight ranking tenders, which provide satisfactory evidence to support their responses and declarations in this questionnaire will be admitted to the framework (subject always to LIT‘s and MIC‘s right not to award any places on the Framework and there being sufficient number of qualified applicants)
