LIT and MIC are jointly running this procurement process for the establishment of the following frameworks;
Lot 1: LIT Small Works Framework for projects not exceeding 500,000 euro(including VAT) Lot 2: MIC Small Works Frameworks for projects not exceeding 500,000 Euro (including VAT)Applicants should indicate under section 2.4 which Lot(s) they wish to be considered for. Applicants are permitted to apply for either or both.The duration of each contract under the Framework will be stipulated in the requirements of each individual mini-competition under the Frameworks. During this period, regular reviews will take place based on service level, price and performance.

The anticipated approximate spend on the LIT Framework over the 48 month period could be up to circa 10m Euro and the MIC Framework anticipated approximate spend could be up to circa 5m Euro over 48 months (subject always to LIT‘s and MIC‘s right not to award any places on the Framework and there being sufficient number of qualified applicants) The works will include but are not limited to the following; demolitions and alterations, building works, internal finishes & reconfigurations, fitted furniture, associated mechanical and electrical works, external works etc.

The top twelve ranking applicants for each framework, subject to there being sufficient number of qualified applicants, will be shortlisted and invited to tender. Based on the evaluation of the tenders, those meeting the minimum requirements will have their tenders assessed and ranked based on lowest price. The top eight ranking tenders, which provide satisfactory evidence to support their responses and declarations in this questionnaire will be admitted to the framework (subject always to LIT‘s and MIC‘s right not to award any places on the Framework and there being sufficient number of qualified applicants)
