    The HSE wishes to procure a service to provide a collaborative Enterprise Project Management System that will provide a single system solution for portfolio\programme project management, project data collection, maintenance and reporting, allowing for roll up of information from a single source of data entry to programme and portfolio levels. It is planned to procure this as a service as opposed to traditional product purchase.
