    EirGrid is inviting applications for the provision of External Audit and Taxation Services for the EirGrid Group which currently consists of five group companies and a joint venture: EirGrid plc, SONI Limited, EirGrid Interconnector Limited (EIL), EirGrid Telecoms Limited (ETL), EirGrid UK Holdings Limited and SEMO which is a joint venture between EirGrid plc and SONI Limited. EirGrid, EIL and ETL are based in Dublin, while SONI Limted is Belfast based. The financial records of EirGrid UK Holdings Limited are maintained in Dublin.

    The appointment will be for a three year period, with an option to extend for a further one year .

    It is expected that the firm appointed as Auditors will also act as taxation advisors for the provision of Corporation Tax compliance services and all other taxation services.
