    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    University College Dublin (UCD) wishes to appoint a competent, experienced service provider for the provision of Photography and Framing Services at its various Conferring Ceremonies throughout the year. The subject-matter of this competition constitutes a service concession, in that the successful economic operator will be remunerated for the delivery of the required services through sales to members of the public. Tenderers are reminded that the economic risk inherent to the delivery of the required service will rest fully with the successful concessionaire. The Contracting Authority offers no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the commercial viability or profitability of this concession. It is emphasised that the successful concessionaire will be expected to propose a financial contribution, payable to the Contracting Authorities, for the right to exploit the service.

    University College Dublin (UCD) wishes to appoint a competent, experienced service provider for the provision of Photography and Framing Services at its various Conferring Ceremonies throughout the year.
