    The most economically advantageous tender in terms of  the criteria stated below
    1. Price per site . Weighting 40
    2. Technical proposal and methodology for geochemical sample collection in streams for stream water, stream bed sediment and associated sample media, to include: QA/QC procedures; sample handling and registration; logistics and planning; measures to avoid sample cross-contamination and misidentification (a) Proposal for fieldwork team management, sampling personnel and logistical arrangements for field teams including site access, field bases, vehicles, etc. (15 marks) (b) Quality control measures to achieve sampling standards, avoid sample cross-contamination and to adhere to specifications (20 marks) (c) Data management measures to collect and capture field observational data, and digitally database and check and verify digital and map data records (5 marks) (d) Sample management: measures for sample handling, to compile, check and verify samples, ensure sample integrity and sample IDs and to store transport them (5 marks) . Weighting 45
    3. A proposal that identifies the hazards and health and safety considerations and a draft project risk assessment, to include: assessment of risks associated with fieldwork, project management and project delivery and completion . Weighting 5
