    Short description:

    Electricity usage details for each site are shown in the attached pricing schedules. MRSO and NIE Networks have also provided half hour profile data for the EirGrid Head Office site, Brooklawn, Deansgrange and SONI, this is attached as Appendix A.

    EirGrid reserves the right to add any additional sites which may be opened or identified during the 24 months of this contract, if necessary. For example, there are a number of regional information offices at present but this may change during the course of the contract. In most cases, any new sites will have similar tariffs and usage to those already specified above.

    Details of energy consumption and usage is provided in both Appendix A – MRSO Data and Appendix B – Cost Schedules.

    - The units measured are Kilowatts.

    - However carefully load profile information is checked, its accuracy and completeness cannot be guaranteed and therefore you should never rely solely on this information for decision making.

    - EirGrid can take no responsibility for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of your use or reliance on this information.

    Tendering is conditional on the Tenderer holding a current licence to supply electricity in Ireland and Northern Ireland and having entered into the appropriate Use of System Agreement(s) with the appropriate network operator.

    The tariff proposed for the site must be compatible with the metering available at the site.

    The successful tenderer shall undertake to carry out all administrative work required to implement the change of supplier and shall implement the change of supplier (if required) as soon as practicable after receiving instructions to do so from EirGrid.
