Invitation to Express an Interest in tendering for Provision of Facilities Management Services for the Central Bank of Ireland

The Central Bank of Ireland is making this Expression of Interest (“EOI“) document available to candidates submitting a completed qualification questionnaire for Provision of Facilities Management Services for the Central Bank of Ireland.
On the basis of this EOI and applying the selection criteria set out in the Qualification Questionnaire at Appendix A, the Central Bank will shortlist a minimum of five (5) candidates to progress to Tender Stage provided that sufficient numbers are qualified from those who expressed an interest. On conclusion of this stage, candidates will be invited to submit tenders. The successful tenderer will be chosen on the basis of the application of the award criteria that will be set out in the Invitation to Tender document. Any contract that may result from this public procurement competition will be issued for a term of five years. The Central Bank reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve months with a maximum of two such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Central Bank’s legal obligations.
