    The HSE wishes to procure and establish a multi-vendor Framework Agreement appointing qualified and competent service providers to meet the HSE requirements for the category of Laboratory Specimen Transport & External Testing under the following lots:

    Lot 1 – Laboratory Specimen Transport – this may involve, but not exclusively, the transport of laboratory specimens from hospital to hospital, from GP’s to hospitals and from hospitals to independent laboratories in Ireland, Britain, Europe & the US.

    Lot 2 – External Testing – this will involve the testing of samples in independent referral laboratories which cannot be performed within any location and may include electronic connectivity and laboratory Clinical Advisory Services with respect to the reporting of results.
