    It is envisaged that 2 projects per regional authority will be awarded for each year that the framework will be in operation. This is dependent on the appropriate funding being available

    It is intended that the first project will be a mixed development of approximately 20 residential units that will form the competitive stage of formation of the framework. The remaining projects will be Housing projects, refurbishment projects and other projects of a general nature greater than €5,000,000 in value exclusive of value added tax.
