    The Department invites expressions of interest from companies interested in tendering for the provision of Infrastructure managed services to support and maintain the NVDF‟s current ICT Infrastructure and managed services (the “Services”).

    It is proposed to create a single provider framework agreement to cover these and related services (the “Framework Agreement”).

    The Department requires the Services to be provided on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis.

    In principle, the scope of the Framework Agreement includes all Services and personnel that the Department may require from time to time in connection with its ICT managed services function in addition to ad hoc ICT consultancy services. The Framework Agreement will include within its scope all of the DVCSD‟s requirements in this respect from time to time, including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) the provision of bespoke project work and ICT project managed service days.
